After this registration you will receive access to Jivamukti Digital platform with Spiritual Warrior video class recordings taught by Olga and other Jivamukti teachers. You can use this platform to take the required 10 classes before the training starts.

Please find the following resources you can download to prepare to the course:

1. The full script of Spiritual Warrior class. We highly recommend to memorize this script as much as possible before the start of the course. This will help you to focus on other aspects of teaching without having to look for words to give clear instructions. Download it here in english.

2. The SW class log in case you are practicing the 10 SW classes with a Youtube class, with the Jivamukti Digital platform or in a local yoga studio. Download it here.

3. A visual illustration of SW class. (Note: setu bandhasana is Ardha Urdhva Dhanurasana). Download it here.

4. Daily schedule. Note, that we will have one day off on Tuesday, June 6th, 2023.

The course will begin on Thursday, June 1st, 2023 at 9.30am. Please arrive 15 min earlier to set up the mats and receive workbooks on the first day. Check the schedule here.
