It was in 2022 that Sofia was overwhelmed by a feeling of belonging and being exactly where she was meant to be, after her first Jivamukti Yoga Class with Maria.From a young age, she found herself analysing her thoughts, actions and feelings looking for ways to improve, and after studying Design and mastering in Management, there was still constant feeling of missing something: What am I doing here? What is my purpose? Am I fulfilling it? The practice of yoga became her investigation method, a way to (hopefully) find the answers to these questions and to contribute, in some way, to a better world.

This curiosity led her to join the 75-hour Jivamukti Yoga Course in 2024, and then the 300-hour course which she is currently attending, with the aim of deepening her knowledge and then offering a better service to every student that crosses paths with her.
